Introduction of Islam.

وَمَاۤ اَرۡسَلۡنَا مِنۡ قَبۡلِكَ مِنۡ رَّسُوۡلٍ اِلَّا نُوۡحِىۡۤ اِلَيۡهِ اَنَّهٗ لَاۤ اِلٰهَ اِلَّاۤ اَنَا فَاعۡبُدُوۡنِ‏

And We sent not before you any such messenger but it was revealed to him: "There is no god but Me, so worship Me.

كَانَ النَّاسُ اُمَّةً وَّاحِدَةً فَبَعَثَ اللّٰهُ النَّبِيّٖنَ مُبَشِّرِيۡنَ وَمُنۡذِرِيۡنَ وَاَنۡزَلَ مَعَهُمُ الۡكِتٰبَ بِالۡحَـقِّ لِيَحۡكُمَ بَيۡنَ النَّاسِ فِيۡمَا اخۡتَلَفُوۡا فِيۡهِ ‌ؕ وَمَا اخۡتَلَفَ فِيۡهِ اِلَّا الَّذِيۡنَ اُوۡتُوۡهُ مِنۡۢ بَعۡدِ مَا جَآءَتۡهُمُ الۡبَيِّنٰتُ بَغۡيًا ۢ بَيۡنَهُمۡ‌ۚ فَهَدَى اللّٰهُ الَّذِيۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا لِمَا اخۡتَلَفُوۡا فِيۡهِ مِنَ الۡحَـقِّ بِاِذۡنِهٖ‌ ؕ وَاللّٰهُ يَهۡدِىۡ مَنۡ يَّشَآءُ اِلٰى صِرَاطٍ مُّسۡتَقِيۡمٍ‏ ﴿۲۱۳﴾

In the beginning, all humans were on the same way (God's way), then Allah sent Prophets as bearers of good tidings and warners, and sent down with them Books based on truth, so that they might judge between people in their disputes. But those who were given the Book created differences after clear guidance had come to them, merely due to mutual rebelliousness and stubbornness. Then Allah guided the believers to the truth in those matters of difference by His command. And Allah guides whomever He wills to the straight path.

شَرَعَ لَـكُمۡ مِّنَ الدِّيۡنِ مَا وَصّٰى بِهٖ نُوۡحًا وَّالَّذِىۡۤ اَوۡحَيۡنَاۤ اِلَيۡكَ وَمَا وَصَّيۡنَا بِهٖۤ اِبۡرٰهِيۡمَ وَمُوۡسٰى وَعِيۡسٰٓى اَنۡ اَقِيۡمُوا الدِّيۡنَ وَ لَا تَتَفَرَّقُوۡا فِيۡهِ‌ؕ ‏ ﴿۱۳﴾

We have ordained for you the same religion as We taught Noah, and We have sent down to you (O Muhammad) the same revelation as We gave to Abraham, Moses, and Jesus: Establish the religion and do not become divided therein.

اِذۡ قَالَ لَهٗ رَبُّهٗۤ اَسۡلِمۡ‌ۙ قَالَ اَسۡلَمۡتُ لِرَبِّ الۡعٰلَمِيۡنَ‏ ﴿۱۳۱﴾ وَوَصّٰى بِهَآ اِبۡرٰهٖمُ بَنِيۡهِ وَ يَعۡقُوۡبُؕ يٰبَنِىَّ اِنَّ اللّٰهَ اصۡطَفٰى لَـكُمُ الدِّيۡنَ فَلَا تَمُوۡتُنَّ اِلَّا وَاَنۡـتُمۡ مُّسۡلِمُوۡنَؕ‏‏ ﴿۱۳۲﴾ اَمۡ كُنۡتُمۡ شُهَدَآءَ اِذۡ حَضَرَ يَعۡقُوۡبَ الۡمَوۡتُۙ اِذۡ قَالَ لِبَنِيۡهِ مَا تَعۡبُدُوۡنَ مِنۡۢ بَعۡدِىۡؕ قَالُوۡا نَعۡبُدُ اِلٰهَكَ وَاِلٰهَ اٰبَآٮِٕكَ اِبۡرٰهٖمَ وَاِسۡمٰعِيۡلَ وَاِسۡحٰقَ اِلٰهًا وَّاحِدًا ۚ وَّنَحۡنُ لَهٗ مُسۡلِمُوۡنَ‏ ﴿۱۳۳﴾

When Ibrahim’s Lord said to him, "Submit," he (Abraham) said, "I have submitted to the Lord of the worlds. (131)
And Abraham enjoined it on his sons, and Jacob also, (said): 'O my sons! Indeed, Allah has chosen for you this religion, so if death comes to you, then die while being a Muslim. (132)
Were you present when death approached Yaqub and he said to his sons, ‘What will you worship after me?’ They said, ‘We will worship your God and the God of your forefathers, Ibrahim, Ismail, and Ishaq—the One God— And we are his Muslims. (133)

وَمَاۤ اَرۡسَلۡنَا مِنۡ قَبۡلِكَ مِنۡ رَّسُوۡلٍ اِلَّا نُوۡحِىۡۤ اِلَيۡهِ اَنَّهٗ لَاۤ اِلٰهَ اِلَّاۤ اَنَا فَاعۡبُدُوۡنِ۔‏ ﴿۲۵﴾

شَرَعَ لَـكُمۡ مِّنَ الدِّيۡنِ مَا وَصّٰى بِهٖ نُوۡحًا وَّالَّذِىۡۤ اَوۡحَيۡنَاۤ اِلَيۡكَ وَمَا وَصَّيۡنَا بِهٖۤ اِبۡرٰهِيۡمَ وَمُوۡسٰى وَعِيۡسٰٓى اَنۡ اَقِيۡمُوا الدِّيۡنَ وَ لَا تَتَفَرَّقُوۡا فِيۡهِ‌ؕ۔ ‏ ﴿۱۳﴾

He has ordained for you the religion which He enjoined upon Noah, and which We revealed to you, and which We enjoined upon Abraham, Moses, and Jesus: Establish the religion, and make no divisions therein.

قُلۡ اِنَّمَاۤ اُمِرۡتُ اَنۡ اَعۡبُدَ اللّٰهَ وَلَاۤ اُشۡرِكَ بِهٖؕ اِلَيۡهِ اَدۡعُوۡا وَاِلَيۡهِ مَاٰبِ۔‏ ﴿۳۶﴾

Say, "O Muhammad! I have been commanded to worship Allah alone and not to associate anyone with Him. To Him I call and to Him I return."

وَمِنۡ اٰيٰتِهِ الَّيۡلُ وَالنَّهَارُ وَالشَّمۡسُ وَالۡقَمَرُ‌ؕ لَا تَسۡجُدُوۡا لِلشَّمۡسِ وَلَا لِلۡقَمَرِ وَاسۡجُدُوۡا لِلّٰهِ الَّذِىۡ خَلَقَهُنَّ اِنۡ كُنۡتُمۡ اِيَّاهُ تَعۡبُدُوۡنَ‏۔ ﴿۳۷﴾

And among His signs are the night and the day, and the sun and the moon. Do not prostrate to the sun and the moon, but prostrate to Allah, who created them, if it is Him you worship.

اِنَّا عَرَضۡنَا الۡاَمَانَةَ عَلَى السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالۡاَرۡضِ وَالۡجِبَالِ فَاَبَيۡنَ اَنۡ يَّحۡمِلۡنَهَا وَاَشۡفَقۡنَ مِنۡهَا وَ حَمَلَهَا الۡاِنۡسَانُؕ اِنَّهٗ كَانَ ظَلُوۡمًا جَهُوۡلًا ۙ‏ ﴿۷۲﴾ لِّيُعَذِّبَ اللّٰهُ الۡمُنٰفِقِيۡنَ وَالۡمُنٰفِقٰتِ وَالۡمُشۡرِكِيۡنَ وَالۡمُشۡرِكٰتِ وَيَتُوۡبَ اللّٰهُ عَلَى الۡمُؤۡمِنِيۡنَ وَالۡمُؤۡمِنٰتِؕ وَكَانَ اللّٰهُ غَفُوۡرًا رَّحِيۡمًا۔‏ ﴿۷۳﴾

Indeed, we offered the Trust (the Sharia) to the heavens and the earth and the mountains, but they refused to bear it and were afraid of it. And man bore it, and he was wrongdoer and ignorant. (72) That Allah may punish the hypocrite man and the hypocrite woman and the polytheist man and the polytheist woman, and that Allah may forgive the believing man and the believing woman. And Allah is Forgiving, Merciful. (73)

وَمَا كَانَ لِرَسُوۡلٍ اَنۡ يَّاۡتِىَ بِاٰيَةٍ اِلَّا بِاِذۡنِ اللّٰهِ‌ ؕ لِكُلِّ اَجَلٍ كِتَابٌ‏ (۳۸) يَمۡحُوۡا اللّٰهُ مَا يَشَآءُ وَيُثۡبِتُ ‌ۖ ‌ۚ وَعِنۡدَهٗۤ اُمُّ الۡكِتٰبِ۔‏ ﴿۳۹﴾

(Allah Almighty says about the books and scriptures revealed to all the prophets). And it was not in the power of any messenger to bring a verse except by Allah's permission. For every age there is a book (38). Allah abrogates whom He wills and preserves whom He wills, and with Him is the original book (39).

اَ لۡيَوۡمَ اَكۡمَلۡتُ لَـكُمۡ دِيۡنَكُمۡ وَاَ تۡمَمۡتُ عَلَيۡكُمۡ نِعۡمَتِىۡ وَرَضِيۡتُ لَـكُمُ الۡاِسۡلَامَ دِيۡنًا‌ ؕ ﴿۳﴾

"Today We have perfected your religion for you, completed Our favor upon you, and have chosen for you Islam as your religion".

اِنَّ الدِّيۡنَ عِنۡدَ اللّٰهِ الۡاِسۡلَام ﴿۱۹﴾

The only true and acceptable religion in the sight of Allah is Islam.

يُرِيۡدُ اللّٰهُ اَنۡ يُّخَفِّفَ عَنۡكُمۡ‌ۚ وَخُلِقَ الۡاِنۡسَانُ ضَعِيۡفًا‏ ﴿۲۸﴾

Allah intends to make things easy for you, and man was created weak.

كَتَبَ رَبُّكُمۡ عَلٰى نَفۡسِهِ الرَّحۡمَةَ‌ ۙ اَنَّهٗ مَنۡ عَمِلَ مِنۡكُمۡ سُوۡٓءًۢا بِجَهَالَةٍ ثُمَّ تَابَ مِنۡۢ بَعۡدِهٖ وَاَصۡلَحَۙ فَاَنَّهٗ غَفُوۡرٌ رَّحِيۡمٌ‏ ﴿۵۴﴾

The Lord has ordained mercy upon Himself. So, whoever of you does evil in ignorance, then turns back and repents, then indeed, Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

وَاِذۡ يَرۡفَعُ اِبۡرٰهٖمُ الۡقَوَاعِدَ مِنَ الۡبَيۡتِ وَاِسۡمٰعِيۡلُؕ رَبَّنَا تَقَبَّلۡ مِنَّا ‌ؕ اِنَّكَ اَنۡتَ السَّمِيۡعُ الۡعَلِيۡمُ‏ ﴿۱۲۷﴾ رَبَّنَا وَاجۡعَلۡنَا مُسۡلِمَيۡنِ لَـكَ ومِنۡ ذُرِّيَّتِنَآ اُمَّةً مُّسۡلِمَةً لَّكَ ومِنۡ ذُرِّيَّتِنَآ اُمَّةً مُّسۡلِمَةً لَّكَ وَاَرِنَا مَنَاسِكَنَا وَتُبۡ عَلَيۡنَاۚ اِنَّكَ اَنۡتَ التَّوَّابُ الرَّحِيۡمُ‏ ‏﴿۱۲۸﴾

And (remember) when Abraham and Ishmael were raising the foundations of the House Kaaba and praying: "Our Lord! Accept from us this service. Indeed, you are the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing." (127) Our Lord! Make us submissive to You, and raise from our descendants a nation submissive to You. And (O our Lord) teach us the way of worship, and look upon us. Indeed, you are the Merciful, the Acceptor of repentance. (128)

وَاِذۡ جَعَلۡنَا الۡبَيۡتَ مَثَابَةً لِّلنَّاسِ وَاَمۡنًا﯀ وَاتَّخِذُوۡا مِنۡ مَّقَامِ اِبۡرٰهٖمَ مُصَلًّى‌ ؕ وَعَهِدۡنَآ اِلٰٓى اِبۡرٰهٖمَ وَاِسۡمٰعِيۡلَ اَنۡ طَهِّرَا بَيۡتِىَ لِلطَّآٮِٕفِيۡنَ وَالۡعٰكِفِيۡنَ وَالرُّکَّعِ السُّجُوۡدِ‏ ﴿۱۲۵﴾

And (remember) when We made the House Kaaba a place of safety and a place of gathering for mankind, and (commanded) to make the station of Abraham a place of prayer. And We commanded Abraham and Ishmael, saying: Purify My House for those who circumambulate it, and those who observe I'tikaf, and those who bow down and prostrate themselves.
